3.4 Account Sharing. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. j8com reserves the right to suspend any account that it reasonably suspects is being used by more than one individual.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Account balances, bonuses, and any accrued benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the j8com platform except as expressly provided in these Terms.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on j8com are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Any amounts displayed on the platform are in PHP unless otherwise stated.

4.6 Refunds. Deposits that have been used to place wagers are non-refundable. Unused deposit balances may be withdrawn subject to verification requirements and these Terms.

9.3 j8com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
